The patient acknowledges and agrees that:

• Medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• Fertility treatments, IVF procedures, reproductive interventions, and related services involve inherent uncertainties.
• Success rates vary based upon age, medical history, physiological conditions, genetic factors, lifestyle factors, and other circumstances beyond the Clinic's control.

Nothing contained on the website shall constitute a guarantee of pregnancy, treatment success, or any specific medical outcome.

3. APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are subject to availability.

The Clinic reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel appointments due to medical, operational, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Patients agree to:
