REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Faithstep Fertility Clinic

Effective Date: 14-June-2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs appointment cancellations, refunds, treatment-related payments, and payment disputes relating to services provided by Faithstep Fertility Clinic.

1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

Patients may request cancellation or rescheduling of appointments by contacting the Clinic through the designated communication channels.

Cancellation requests should preferably be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

2. CONSULTATION FEES

Consultation fees shall be non-refundable once:

• The consultation has commenced;
• Medical advice has been rendered;
• The appointment slot has been utilized; or
• Clinical assessment has been initiated.

3. DIAGNOSTIC AND LABORATORY SERVICES

Charges relating to completed or initiated diagnostic tests, laboratory investigations, medical evaluations, scans, or procedures shall be non-refundable.

4. ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Advance payments made towards treatments, procedures, or healthcare services may be adjusted against future services at the sole discretion of the Clinic.

Refund eligibility shall depend upon:

• Services already rendered;
• Resources already allocated;
• Third-party costs incurred;
• Medical and administrative expenses incurred by the Clinic.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

For international payments:

• Currency conversion charges are non-refundable.
• Banking charges are non-refundable.
• Intermediary bank fees are non-refundable.
• Payment gateway charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

6. CLINIC-INITIATED CANCELLATION

Where the Clinic cancels a paid appointment or service and no mutually acceptable alternative arrangement is available, the patient may be eligible for an appropriate refund.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon:

• Banks
• Card networks
• Payment processors
• International financial institutions

8. FRAUD PREVENTION

The Clinic reserves the right to:

• Verify transaction authenticity;
• Request supporting documentation;
• Delay refunds pending verification;
• Reject fraudulent or suspicious refund requests.

9. CHARGEBACKS

Patients are encouraged to contact the Clinic directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

The Clinic reserves the right to dispute and defend any chargeback claim that is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with this Policy.
